Kurtina Pollen is the President and Image Transformation Strategist for Elevated Me, LLC. She is devoted to helping ambitious women enhance and elevate their image, digital presence, and technical knowledge to increase their professional influence and impact. With over 25 years of leadership experience in business aviation as a communications and technology professional, Kurtina is an experienced leader in the three core areas of Elevated Me, LLC: personal branding, professional branding, and how technology impacts your brand.
She successfully led the construction of a multimedia studio, developed its branding, and was the on-air talent for a weekly newscast. She is the trusted advisor to small businesses, non-profits, and C-suite executives. A passion for fashion and image consulting training led her to be a Dresser for the renowned New York Fashion Week.

Kurtina has a Master of Science in Technical Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Savannah State University. She is a Certified Project Manager, studied image consulting at the Fashion Institute of Technology, completed Image Builder: Color Intensive Training at the Image Resource Center of New York, and is a member of the Association of Image Consultants International.
